Tuesday, February the 4th was another winning day for Tracy Lee, when she finished with 20pts, in the Ladies nine hole Stableford. May Connolly came out the better in a count back for runner up, over Adel Dal Corobbo, both on 16pts.
NTP’s were : 4th – May Connolly 1cm and 7th – Selma Mayne 1600cm.
Wednesday the Men played Stableford in Two Grades, with Ryan Rigby winning A Grade, after a count back with Glen Walker, who grabbed second place, with both on a fine 39pts.
Neil Bryant had the score of the day, completing a winning round of a super 41pts, in B Grade, in front of Runner up, Marty Scott, on a great 40pts. Balls went out to 35pts on a count back.
NTP’s were : 4th – Michael Holcroft 496cm, 7th – Michael Holcroft 151cm, 12th – Shawn Clarke 650cm, Sunbeam Fruits 17th – Michael Holcroft 260cm and Good Deal Tyres 18th – Glen Walker 225cm.
Nicholas Ietto left a winner after his 22pts, on Friday, in the nine hole Medley Stableford, with a three way count back handing Angelo D’Amico second place, over Josh Furey and Ivan McKenzie, all on 20pts. Balls went out to 17pts.
Saturday saw Lirlene Crozier take away the win, on a very nice 36pts, but she was definitely more excited about the way she played the Par five 14th hole, finishing with a Birdie and 5 Stableford Points. Sandy Briggs came in second, on 35pts, after a count back with Wendy Dawson. Balls went out to 35pts.
NTP’s were : Zilzie Wines 4th – Pat Riordan 232cm, 7th – Chitra Rankin 720cm, 12th – Chitra Rankin 120cm and 18th – Chitra Rankin 325cm.
Saturday’s Men’s comp required three Grades, with A Grade’s Scott Webster smashing out an excellent 42pts to comfortably take the win. Andrew Woodcock came in with the better back nine to be Runner up, over Daniel Slorach, both on 38pts.
A wonderful 40pts came from Alan Connolly, which rewarded him with the B Grade win, over, runner up, Wayne Innes on 38pts.
Don Piscioneri made the most of his 37pts, winning C Grade , in front of Brian Young, in second place, on 36pts. Balls went out to 34pts on a count back.
NTP’s were : Zilzie Wines 4th – Daniel Slorach 165cm, 7th – Max Marks 400cm, 12th – Dayne McDonald 419cm, Sunbeam Fruits 17th – Craig Jervies 27cm and Good Deal Tyres 18th – Andrew Diwell 265cm.
Sunday’s Medley Stableford saw Trevor Williams burn his way around the course, to not just win A Grade, but come in with the best score of the week, a sizzling 45pts, five in front of his nearest rival, Dean Vance, who had a lovely 40pts to be runner up.
Cameron Woodward (Mildura) was a smiles after his 39pts put him on top in B Grade, three point in front of runner up Larry Simonetta, who battled out a count back against Kane Heaps, both on 36pts. Balls went out to 36pts on a count back.
Steve Wilmann had a terrific Eagle on the Par five, 5th hole.
